Ingredients
Caffeine is one of the most well-known and widespread "wake-up stimulants" in the world. Caffeine is stimulating and has a positive effect on your mood. Therefore, it enjoys great popularity to compensate for performance lows.
L-theanine is an amino acid that is mainly found in green and black tea. It has a special effect in combination with caffeine, counteracting its undesirable side effects and creating synergistic effects.
Acetyl-L-carnitine, abbreviated ACL, is a vitamin-like substance based on the body's own substance L-carnitine. With the added acetyl content, the bioavailability of L-Carnitine is increased, meaning your body can absorb this substance more efficiently.
Vitamin B1 is a water-soluble vitamin that has a decisive influence on the central and peripheral nervous system in the body. Here it is especially important for the transmission of excitation between nerves and muscles. It influences the neurotransmitters GABA and serotonin and acts as an antagonist of acetylcholine. Vitamin B1 is also involved in the metabolism of some neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B12 also known as cobalamin is also water soluble and particularly important for our nervous system, but also has a protective effect for our cardiovascular system. Although our body only needs small amounts of vitamin B12, the vitamin is nevertheless involved in many important processes in the organism. Among other things, it influences cell growth and cell division and is needed for the formation of erythrocytes. In addition, vitamin B12 is also of crucial importance for our nervous system, as it participates in the formation of the myelin sheath, which coats the nerve fibers. Vitamin B12 is also important for our brain. Scientists suspect that individuals with a vitamin B12 deficiency have a significantly increased risk of developing dementia later in life. Likewise with these persons the probability is to increase that it comes to a dismantling of brain mass.
Ginkgo (Ginkgo Biloba) is one of the oldest tree species in the world and has been used for thousands of years. The active substances are extracted from the leaves of the tree. These are flavonoids and terpene lactones.
